27 +/- Cards (Describe situations for which players either gain or lose chips.)
18 Payoff/Consequence Cards (Describe two possible responses: one with a payoff and one with negative consequences.)
18 Situation Cards (Each card has two questions that encourage players to differentiate between feelings and behavior.)
12 Power Talk Formula Cards (Players are asked to think of someone who provoked angry feelings in them, and respond as if that person were present, using the Power Talk formula.)
